Our Country Residential Living package at ฿39,500 per month includes the private room, all utilities, three daily meals, housekeeping and laundry, daily care assistance, all garden and heritage activities, and 24-hour staff presence. Additional costs might include personal items like toiletries or clothing, special dietary requests beyond our regular menu, and any outside medical services or medications. We provide a clear written agreement showing exactly what's included before move-in, and we notify families before any service changes that might affect costs.
